Did you know that Elvis’ birthday was January 8th? Well can you think of a better way to celebrate it than with Steve Pineo’s Elvis show? Please come join us at the Sundre Arts Centre with Steve and his 8-piece band (8 piece!!) for a fantastic night – and don’t forget your dancing shoes!
“While there are hundreds of Elvis impersonators in wigs and jump suits entertaining crowds around the world, Steve Pineo’s performance is more an interpretation of The King. “It’s more of a tribute to his music with top notch players playing instruments,” he describes. “I just told the guys to play and make it sound like the record.” Pineo notes the audience can expect a few surprises, including an Elvis Movie Medley consisting of songs from such movies as “Viva Las Vegas”. Pineo’s show is chock-full with Elvis songs from the ’60s and ’70s”. (Okotoks Western Wheel)
