Call for Auditions
ANNE OF GREEN GABLES — THE MUSICAL™
Searching for kindred spirits!
B. S. Productions is very pleased to announce our next show: ANNE OF GREEN GABLES — THE MUSICAL™
Auditions will be held in September for all roles. We’ll need Anne, Gilbert, Matthew, Marilla — everyone who will be familiar to you if you know the story. Rehearsals will begin in October. We’ve scheduled six performances at the Sundre Arts Centre, February 16-25, 2024.
If you’re interested in participating, we encourage you to attend our music theatre workshop: Sunday, August 27, 2:00-4:00pm. We’ll introduce the show, enjoy some singing, acting and dancing, and give you a taste of what it’s like to be part of a B. S. Productions event. Individual auditions will be held September 27 and 30.

This classic Canadian musical has been performed at the Charlottetown Festival and around the world for many years. It’s a charming story, full of humour and irresistible music. Whether or not you’ve read “Anne of Green Gables" by Lucy Maud Montgomery, we think you’ll be won over by Anne’s spunky and imaginative personality, and by all the other residents of Avonlea, Prince Edward Island.
We expect it may be a challenge to cast this show, partly because we require several male actors and singers of various ages in important roles. It’s a large cast, with rewarding parts for everyone: kids, teens and adults, male and female.
You’re not confident of your singing and acting skills? We can help you with that! If you think you or someone you know would enjoy telling this story, please get in touch about joining our journey to Avonlea.
